DescriptionDescription  An easy meal to freeze in the desired quantities.
InstructionsInstructions  Mix together equal quantities of a good quality mince and sausage meat and, if desired, tomato ketchup or a stock cube. (You can then freeze them raw on a big tray then pack them loose in bags in the freezer.) Put them into a casserole dish, smother them with tomatoes, some herbs and a bit of flour to thicken and bake them for about 80 minutes but, if the oven comes on with a timer, some of that time is when the oven is heating up. Just on a tray they get about 30 minutes from frozen, 20 from thawed.
