Scrumptious, Rich Pudding
Instructions
1.Cut muffins in half from top down and lay flat side down in a trifle type bowl (you may unfortunately have one or two muffins too many, depending on size of bowl - eat redundant ones immediately). 2. Pour cherry juice or syrup all over muffins. 3. Tip cherries all over the top of the soggy muffins - (one jar makes a thin layer of cherries) 4. Pour chocolate custard all over the top of all that (I actually needed 1 and a half cartons of custard for my trifle) 5. Chill in fridge until ready to cover in softly whipped cream (keep it soft otherwise cream will sink in custard) - spreading the cream on top of this quite runny custard is an art, but can be done! Smallish dollops all over, then gently tease them together with a fork. 6. Crumble flake all over the top. 7. Share with guests/family because you will be sick if you eat it all yourself
