InstructionsInstructions  Preheat oven to 180 C Brown the chicken without oil in a frying pan on the hob then place them in a casserole dish. Brown the onion without oil and put it in a dish with the chicken and peppers. Blend the cornflour with pineapple juice from the tin. Pour the stock into the frying pan, add the pineapple juice and cornflour mix, ketchup, curry powder and seasoning. Stir and bring to the boil. Put the pineapple pieces in with the chicken (cut the rings into quarters). Pour the sauce over the chicken and mix contents of the dish a bit. Cook for an hour and a half. Just before serving, add the banana, sliced in half lengthways and then cut into pieces. Stir into sauce just before serving.
NotesNotes  The amount of chicken in this recipe can be varied according to the size of your family. Serve with rice, or even jacket potatoes if you want.
