DescriptionDescription  The dough for doughnuts.
InstructionsInstructions  Put all of these ingredients in the bread machine. Add the egg by adding it to the water and making the whole fluid measurement 100ml including the egg. Once the dough is made, you can either deep fat fry them, turning once during cooking, or use a Lakeland doughnut tin for the oven.
NotesNotes  You can use the same dough for iced buns, chelsea buns, danish pastries etc. Fruit loaves/hot cross buns can also be made by adding spices and dried fruit.
