DescriptionDescription  An easy and very tasty soup.
InstructionsInstructions  In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the parsnip and onion for 10 minutes not letting them brown. Add curry powder and cook for 2-3 minutes more Add stock, milk and seasoning and simmer for 45 minutes Cool slightly and reduce to a puree
NotesNotes  1lb of parsnips was approximately two large ones.
