InstructionsInstructions  Cream 6oz margarine with 5oz sugar. Add 2 lightly beaten eggs, and whisk well. Add 6oz Self Raising Flour a tablespoon at a time, beating well each time. Stir in 1 small tin (227g) of crushed pineapple in juice (including juice). Add a good handful of chopped walnuts. Bake at Gas 4 (moderate oven) for about 30 minutes, or until a piece of spaghetti comes out clean. For the topping: Cream together 1 tbs cream cheese 1 tsp margarine/butter, and enough icing sugar to make a stiff topping. Spread on the top and sprinkle with more chopped walnuts.
