DescriptionDescription  Ideal autumn soup.
InstructionsInstructions  Roast the pumpkin for 30-40 minutes in a hot oven (in spices, optional) Fry the chopped onion in oil in a pan - with the bacon and garlic - add the carrots/stock and then simmer. Add the roasted pumpkin and puree.
NotesNotes  This would be good for November when pumpkins are sold off cheaply in the shops!
