InstructionsInstructions  Method 1. Grease and line 2 cake tins 2. Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and creamy 3. Sieve in flour and fold in very carefully 4. Pour mixture into cake tins and allow to spread by itself 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until well risen and firm to the touch 6. Turn onto a cooling rack and allow to cool thoroughly before decorating.
NotesNotes  Suggested decoration options! - Double or whipping cream, chocolate and fruit of choice.
