InstructionsInstructions  Fry the onion, garlic, and coriander for 3 minutes Add the raisins, herbs, celery and fry for 5 minutes In another pan, melt the butter and fry the cous cous for 2 minutes Pour in the apple juice and bring to the boil Remove this from the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes Add the contents of both pans together, with finely chopped pepper
NotesNotes  You can add sultanas instead of celery, and/or leave out the pepper for fussier children.
