DescriptionDescription  Really yummy and quick
InstructionsInstructions  Melt together 4oz butter, 3oz demerara sugar and 1 dessert spoon golden syrup. Stir the mixture into 4oz SR flour and 4oz oats. Mix to a dough and shape into balls, flatten slightly, place on a greased baking tray and cook for 15 minutes at gas mark 3. Allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes before lifting onto a cooling rack.
NotesNotes  You can make them as small or large as you like (watch the edges to see if they're cooked) - children love them really small because then they can have several!
