InstructionsInstructions  Boil kettle. Mix up instant mash Add a tin of tuna Add mixed veg (if it's frozen, pour boiling water over them first to 'cook' them, if tinned remember to open the tin and pour out the water in them) If you're feeling artistic, grate some cheese on top. Call it 'Neptune's sea chest' and slop it on the plates of ravenous kids.
