DescriptionDescription  A good, moist plain cake, cheap and delicious!
InstructionsInstructions  Mix all the ingredients together and pour into 2 X 1lb loaf tins. Bake at 160ºC or 325ºF or gas mark 3 for 1 hour.
NotesNotes  It can be iced with icing that complements the yogurt flavour. This is a chance to experiment. If you treble the ingredients you get enough to make 2 large tray bakes - perfect for kids school fetes, church functions etc.
