A Charitable Children's Party Print E-mail
As a parent, you probably know that the birthday party routine can be an almost painful experience. With about 20 children in your child's class, taking your child to more than one birthday party in one weekend can happen quite often. If you have more than one child, birthday-party weekends can take over your whole life. Finding the best gift takes hours, wrapping the gift and preparing the card is more time. When it is your child's turn for a birthday party, do you really want to put other parents through the same routine? Parent’s evenings are designed simply to torture the pupils.

Mother Hubbard's bargain Print E-mail

I'm not mean, I'm careful....

I've been known to go miles in hunt of the elusive deal that will save me 10%.  That is - 10% on the price of something that I didn't even know I wanted until I saw that four letter word … 'SALE'.

The best fun is taking a coupon into the shop and finding an assistant who had no idea that the promotion was running in the first place. This is especially good if you time your appearance with the supervisor's lunch break.
