Onions fried in a little oil and garlic, chicken breast chunks tossed in and browned.
Today i also had a courgette and a pepper which I chopped and threw in the the browning pot.
Added three tins of chopped toms, some salt and pepper and a little oregano and plenty of basil and cooked slowly in a moderate oven.
I shall serve with tagliatelle because that's what we happen to have int' cupboard. And plenty of parmesan.
