I keep seeing stuff about how good essential oils are... Does anyone use them? Anyone have any thoughts on them?

Thieves oil/burglers blend - we use it to kill airborne bugs like tummy upsets and when we go to a caravan/ holiday home to clear the air of anything contagious. We have a burner of it lit within minutes of someone puking, and like to think it helps prevent spread. We certainly haven't all got ill with gastro stuff like we regularly used to. It is also good for killing mould.

Oregano oil is good for sinus infections - better than antibiotics in our experience.

We have others too. You probably use them for colds already - eucalyptus and others are in various cold blends. They smell a million times nicer than artificial scents, which I personally dislike.

I use them in a diffuser & used to have it going on my desk at work. I got it to try see if it helped with my tinnitus, which I'm not sure if it did, but I liked having it going & it may help with stress. At the least it smells nice & made me feel pampered.
