How trivial is this - but our cat has a nose infection which has been treated with antibiotics innumerable times but keeps recurring. He's had a tooth out and a cyst removed from his nose but nothing seems to make any difference, and it's cost us a fortune so far. It doesn't seem to bother him too much but he sneezes all the time and shoots out horrible cat snot which seems to chemically bond to everything in the house :653: . Not that important in the big scheme of things but maybe you could put a word in for the old moggy :653:

Lord, please heal Seadogs cat of the nose infection so he can live a comfortable and healthy life. Amen.

Lord, please send angels to guide Anne-Marie's cat safely home. If kitty must sleep out tonight because of an adventure, please keep the fuzzy one safe and warm until it can return home. I ask in Christ's name. Amen.

Not exactly 'my pet', but this seems the best place.

Please pray for my dd - I've just had to tell her that our neighbour over the road's cat has died. He was very ancient, and the owner is relieved that he died peacefully in her arms, and that she didn't have to have him put down. But dd had got VERY attached to him in these few short months since we've been here, and she's REALLY upset. Thanks

Oops! Hope she's ok!

Please can you pray for Grace, our cat. She had kittens 3 weeks ago today and they are all fine. The man who lives at the back of our garden (not literally, you understand :icon_wink: ) has just caught me to let me know that she had diarrhea in his garden today and it had blood in it. (He wasn't complaining, just worried!). I've got an appointment at the vet at 12:30 today!

I'm on Aslan's side even if there isn't any Aslan to lead it. I'm going to live as like a Narnian as I can even if there isn't any Narnia. [Puddleglum]

Ok. She's not running a temp so it's not an infection or anything. She is very skinny and has been since the kittens were born. We changed her food as the experts suggest wet kitten food for nursing cats but that made her ill and we've changed it back. It could be that. She's now on chicken for the next few days and has some medicine to build her up. Fairly difficult to organise as we're away on hols on Saturday! Cooking some now and will cook some more tomorrow night so that the person coming to feed her can just get it from the fridge until Monday. Poor little thing!

Q, how lovely of the neighbour to let you know, otherwise....well, the mind boggles. :( Hope she soon improves.

(btw our 2 kittens came from a home where they'd been left with the mum and looked after by a neighbour on more than one occasion before we had them....so I'm sure they'll be fine.)

Can I ask you all to please pray aboutour senior cat, Pilchard? Last June, when we got the kittens, Seamus and Mittens, Pilchard's nose was put out of joint and he moved out, only coming back occasionally to be fed. Another house down the road started feeding him, we were miffed, but accepted that you can't force a cat to come home, so we left it at that.

On Sunday, the RSPCA rang to say that Pilchard was injured and had been handed in. The people who have been feeding him were not willing to pay the vet's bill. Because he was microchipped, he was traced to us, so I went with the girls to collect him from the shelter. We took him straight to the vets as he has an infected bite wound from a cat fight. He is riddled with fleas and looks awful.

Could you please pray that he resettles with us as we still love him and want to keep him. If he doesn't settle then we will have to send him to be rehomed. Please pray that he doesn't mind Seamus and Mittens and that they can all get along. If he decides to live with the other people who have been feeding him, we will have to accept that.

...and they will have to accept the vet bills. Tho I pray he'll settle back with you. Must be hard for you to find him in such a state now. Here's hoping the kittens and Pilchard take to each other okay.
