thanks for prayers for ds2 - all exams finished now. Phew. Today's exams were 'fine'. Stock answer. But he qualified it as 'good fine, not bad fine', so I guess that's something

I know this isn't technically an exam, but DS's school has OFSTED today and tomorrow. I haven't the faintest idea how that works for a special school, whether the inspectors have enough training to be able to accurately judge whether a special school is performing as it should, or whether it is outstanding (my view of DS's school). Please will you pray that what OFSTED say about DS's school is accurate & justified? Thanks

Lord, we ask for a fair and honest assessment of AM's ds's special school and that it will reflect the fact that AM (and I'm sure others) believe the school is excellent and doing a good job. May the whole process be positive in it's happening, and result. Amen

Can we pray for all receiving A level and AS results this week, including some CM children, and those of us (Autumn and myself for example) who will be guiding and on occasions comforting them.

Lord we pray for all young people receiving their exam results this week. We rejoice alongside those who have achieveed their goals and praise you for their many gifts and skills and thank you for the tutors you placed alongside them to guide and teach them. We especially pray for those young people who may not have achieved the grades they were aiming for, that they will be able to focus on discerning where to go from this place and what the future may hold for them. Praying specially that you hold each young person close to you and we thank you for each and every one of them, in Jesus name I pray, amen.
